Fiberglass threader, also known as (glass fiber reinforced plastic perforator, fiberglass pipe threader, perforator, pipe threader, cable pipe threader, cable perforator) is an excellent auxiliary tool for pulling guide ropes in pipes. The smooth and resilient surface allows the perforator to easily pass through narrow passages. The perforator consists of three parts: copper core, fiberglass reinforcement, high pressure low density polyethylene protective layer (smooth, strong and resistant to harsh environments). The copper core conductor allows the bar to be easily placed in different ways.
Rod diameter 11-18mm Rod length 100-500m Temperature range -40°C to +80°C Minimum bending radius 295mm Traction breaking tension 4.5T Linear density 150g/m 120m threader is divided into fiberglass threader and vinyl threader. Mainly used in sewer pipes, traction ropes in wall pipes, electric cable and wire grinders, etc.
In the early days, the threader was mainly used for traction under the wall, and later developed into the traction of the optical cable and other lines in the sewer. The threader has the advantages of saving time, labor, and improving work efficiency, and can be used for cleaning telecommunication pipes and laying out optical cables, cables and plastic sub-pipes. When in use, the FRP covered rod is first drawn out from the pulley, and then connected with the corresponding metal head and penetrated into the pipeline. When used for cleaning, the guide head drives the cleaning tool to clean the pipe; when it is used for laying the cable, the steel wire or iron wire can be brought in first, and then the steel wire or iron wire can be used to pull the cable into the pipe.
