Assembly and disassembly of the overrunning one-way brake of the winch.
1. Assembly:
a. Install the friction disc on the output shaft, fix it on the shaft with a flat key and a spacer ring, and then install a needle roller on the friction disc. When installing the roller, grease the groove of the friction disc and stick the needle completely .
b. Install the friction plate on both sides of the self-locking disc, and fasten it on the self-locking disc with countersunk head screws.
c. The self-locking disc assembly faces the high part of the output shaft groove, that is, the rolling position is on the left, and it is mounted on the needle roller of the friction disc together, and then put the roller into the self-locking ring. If the roller is in the self-locking ring When the lock plate cannot be placed stably, it can be glued in the self-locking plate with butter, but the butter must be washed after assembly, otherwise the roller will not be able to move into the brake wedge angle.
d. Put the self-locking mechanism component into the gearbox body, screw on the double gear, install the positioning sleeve, insert the taper pin, tighten the anti-loosening wire, and finally install the ratchet seat screw.
2. Disassembly
FM-IB (ID) type motorized grinding mill disassembly method:
Open the cover of the transmission case, loosen the tie wire on the tail of the output shaft, and withdraw the positioning cone pin. Use a screwdriver to insert the fastening screw on the lower ratchet seat between the double gear and the speed change gear, so that the double gear cannot rotate. Then insert the spline sleeve into the spline of the output shaft, rotate the output shaft clockwise, use the screw drive to push out the ratchet seat, and finally take it from the lock mechanism.
